Current Characters in Victory Road: Tyler Huang
Character
Name: Princess Entrapta
Series: She-Ra and the Princesses of Power
Timeline: Post-series finale (season 5)
Canon Resource Links: Entrapta's wikipedia page!
Personality: Entrapta is largely defined by her ASD-spectrum behaviour and intense love of robots. It would be easy to write her off and dismiss her as a very one-note character, but the show actively goes out of its way to explore her perspective.
The first time we meet Entrapta, she's immediately presented as hyperactive and eager to engage with the killer robots she's unwittingly created: she's incredibly excited to study the unintentional side effect of her work, suggesting an unyielding thirst for knowledge and an intense curiosity. She is a strong proponent of the scientific method, and is willing to repeat the same experiment over and over with singular focus - as exhibited by her immediately going back for the artifact that caused her robot almost-ocalypse, and repairing it to try and study again.
It takes her several seasons and some heavy-handed comments from her friends to fully understand that her consequences have actions, specifically towards the people immediately around her; until then, she has a reckless disregard for both her own personal safety and that of her companions. She can be extremely single-minded when she sets her mind to something, and often does so to the point of actual threat of death to herself and others, by walking into immediate danger and then requiring rescue. Examples include jumping on a giant killer robot in motion to take notes and poke it, encroaching on a Horde Prime army in hopes of picking up on a signal, and falling from a great height, and a general lack of awareness to her surroundings when she is hyperfocused on her task at hand.
While Entrapta has complete confidence in her engineering and research skills, and is always eager to show them off, she has a very low sense of self-worth in regards to being seen as "different", and her social capabilities. She knows that she is, in her own words, "not good at people", but despite this she still manages to be kind and non-threatening (or at least, is not directly threatening in and of herself; she is the only Princess in the show to have never been shown laying hands on someone). It's not difficult to abuse this state of being different, as Catra was able to use it against her and coax her onto the bad guy's side in very short order. Of course, that was partly helped by the promise of more technology for her to study - that, more than anything else, is the winning ingredient to getting Entrapta to do pretty much anything. Even the good guys have to use it against her - while Bow gives her a touching and meaningful speech about the Princesses being her friends, and never leaving her behind again, it's stressed that Adora's do you want to see a real First One's ship is what gets Entrapta to leave. But she does truly appreciate Bow telling her that, and thanks him for being her friend.
(I would also like it noted here that Entrapta is able to move her hair with such fine motor control that she can use it as hands in multiple different ways at the same time; since there's no indication whether this is technological or natural in nature, I'm going to assume it's nerfed.)

[There's no words yet. There's just a pair of wide eyes staring curiously into the camera. And then a voice, about two microns away from the microphone.]
OH, THERE WE GO!
[The camera gets pushed away, and the woman is revealed: a youthful adult with two purple pigtails that vanish upwards and off-screen in their hugeness; in one of them, an Impidimp is poking his pointy little head out, and frees a hand from the masses of hair to pull one eyelid down and poke its tongue at the camera.]
Hi, everyone! Isn't this place amazing?! [Funnily enough, she sounds utterly sincere.] I've never seen so many creatures with such unique biologies, and I haven't even gotten more than ten yards outside this first town!
[She grins toothily, and laughs - a generous term, really, it could be more like a maniacal cackle.
When she stops laughing, she takes a strand of hair in one hand and twirls it around her finger.]
They're amazing! And extremely territorial! Did you know that about Starly? [She sounds... no less eager.] But unfortunately me and Leslie aren't equipped to fight off so many of them just yet - is anyone nearby to stop them for us?
[The camera pans out to view - an upside down scene, with an entire flock of Starly swarming towards Entrapta.]
Thanks! I'm gonna keep running now. [And the camera blips out.]
